(HPOP) Rail

While fairly reliable, Ford’s 7.3-liter Powerstroke can have issues involving its fuel system. Symptoms of leaking 7.3 Powerstroke fuel lines include a loss in fuel pressure, a strong fuel odor, misfires, and hard starts, which can warrant a full replacement or upgrade. Additionally, banjo bolts can leak around their washers due to an improper seal and even break. An aftermarket 7.3 Powerstroke banjo bolt upgrade with larger holes can help improve flow to the fuel rails. This provides better support for other modifications, such as larger injectors.
