Cooler air offers greater air density, which in turn means more oxygen for combustion. A new 6.7 Cummins intercooler can help increase the density of the air entering the engine, therefore boosting fuel efficiency and adding a few more horsepower. A replacement intercooler can also improve airflow as it can be less restrictive than the stock version.

To further increase horsepower and fuel economy numbers, a 6.7 Cummins cold air intake can help throttle response by feeding more colder air into the engine.
