• Larger displacement- handles most hybrids and conventionals up to 300cc.
• All passageways in the pump are bored completely through for increased volume delivery.
• All pressed in plugs are removed, the holes tapped and replaced with SAE O-ring port plugs.
• The gear and shaft are keyed together to eliminate any slippage.
• Outside of pump is machined to accept custom steel piston retaining plates
• 5 hours of machine work done to each housing.
• Upgraded bearing material
• New IPR O-ring and filter set included.
• New Inlet and outlet Viton O-rings included
• New Viton O-ring to seal pump to cover plate.
