The Hamilton Cams 07-P-002 Extreme Duty Pushrods are a must-have on your 1989-1998 Dodge 5.9L Cummins that makes over 750HP. On these high hp engines, the cylinder pressures dictate that you step up to the extreme duty pushrods which consist of a 3/8″ .095″ wall intake pushrod and a 7/16″ .120″ exhaust pushrod.
