Use the BD-Power 1045947-T4 Wastegated T4 Exhaust Pulse Manifold at the start of your custom turbo system on your 1998.5-2018 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins. Featuring a heavy-duty multi-piece design to eliminate manifold cracks common with the factory manifold, the BD-Power Exhaust Pulse Manifold is cast from high silicon ductile iron with built-in expansion joints allowing your manifold to expand and contact without cracking.

Machined for a 45mm Turbosmart HyperGate Wastegate, this exhaust manifold is perfect for those building a custom turbo setup. If an external wastegate is not being used, the included block-off plate can be installed instead.

As the name would imply, these manifolds are “pulse tuned” to assist in combustion chamber evacuation and increased exhaust flow. The result is quicker turbo spool-up, reduced backpressure, increased power, and better fuel economy. Great for stock, and performance applications. Pre-drilled and tapped for pyrometer probe.
