The Tork Teknology CVSC040 Valve Spring Compressor is the first-ever valve spring compressor designed specifically for your 89-98 12-Valve Cummins. Other universal tools on the market take double the time because you have to do one valve at a time. While it may look simple, this Valve Spring Compressor features heavy-duty construction with a specially designed top plate that features tapered cones. The tapered cones make it a breeze to install keepers, simply place a keeper on the ramp and slide it on the valve stem. It doesn’t get any easier!
